The abyss inside us is a one man instrumental post-rock/ambient project by Nikos Togkaridis est. 2018. His fusion of neo classical with post rock brings us beautiful melodies, very well structured with a cadence, texture and perfect tune, filled with diverse instruments, arrangements and perfect riffs. Experimenting with different genres throughout the years (electronic, ambient and film music), Nikos finally found "shelter" in 2019, with post-rock music, when he released his first EP "Earth 2" under the musical alias "The Abyss Inside Us".
Nikos started playing drums at the age of 18, while getting involved with music production. In 2004, he earned a diploma in Sound Engineering and Music Technology in 2006.
His music has been featured in documentaries (Trax Taiwan), short films (Catche, Hyperthermia) and at 2024, his music will be featured in a video game (Shadow Dreams) for PS4 and X-Box . The Abyss Inside Us has already released four LPs, five singles and six EPs since 2019.
The Abyss Inside Us has collaborated in projects with Hxopagida with his brother Panos, AtonalitA, Non Somnia, Separated Skies, Sidus, Mike Bodulow, Andre Miranda and Andre Tripputi. ( constant reaction)
